Established in 1967, Courtesy Outdoor Finance's main objective was to be a source of leasing for Courtesy Ford Sales. The company later expanded into heavy trucks, heavy equipment, both industrial and construction.

In 1983 the company recognized an opportunity in funding billboard structures for the outdoor advertising industry. Since that time we have evolved into a leasing and finance company for the outdoor advertising industry, primarily steel monopole structures and related equipment.

We are currently licensed in most states specializing in transactions from $25,000 to over $1,000,000.
